We offer full service inspection support through our state of the art inspection department.  Our Zeiss CMM, Aberlink Axiom CMM and our Mitutoyo Contracer, allows our team of inspectors to provide fast and accurate inspection reports to our machinists as well as providing customers with inspection reports tailored to fit their needs. Providing a one source, complete service solution is made easier by our custom designed shop control system. Our in house software development team can provide custom reports to meet your specific needs.

1st Article / In Process / Final Inspection / SPC / F.O.D.

We use the best inspection processes to assure your parts arrive to the exacting standards you require. Upon request we can provide samples of our inspection procedures as well as a copy of our Quality manual.

            Foreign Object Damage / Debris (FOD)

Supplier shall ensure that Foreign Objects and subsequent Foreign Object Damage (FOD) are eliminated from all parts prior to shipment.  Suppliers to maintain a FOD free environment during machining, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, inspection, storage, packaging and shipping.

 Suppliers are responsible for flow down of these requirements to their sub-tier suppliers to ensure FOD free products.
